Musings on Cats
I am sitting here at the computer as I do most evenings and am being gently washed by one of my cats, Garlic, a pretty little black and white female, who has taken to licking my arm as I move the mouse, and frequently has to be shifted from the keyboard so that I can type.
For once the other large tabby tomcat, Stilton is NOT forcing himself onto my lap and squeezing between my knees and the desk. Occasionally Garlic will decide that she wants the lap too and they both end up wedged together.
And cat hair and keyboards do NOT go well together, neither do muddy paws over the desk. We have had a lot of rain recently, and as soon as either of the cats are wet, naturally they come and tell me by leaping onto my lap or the desk in front of me and rub themselves all over my shirt to dry off. Great.
Now I am off to bed, and no doubt they will sulk outside the door until breakfast time!
