A pic to decorate an otherwise boring post...
I have cleared eldest's desk in his room, since he has now effectively moved out to Edinburgh, and have set up my laptop and assorted ephemera as 'my' little workspace. I get far too easily distracted by whining daughters, TV etc etc, and end up wasting days doing nothing, whereas now I have somewhere to work free of said distractions.
So, I have made a start on a QAF challenge, updated my Rue backstory...(does anyone here in LJ want to read it?) and am making a start on some LotR illustrations to send in to ImagineFX magazine, since they have asked for submissions by September 1st of LotR related 'stuff'. PLUS, I am freeing up space and time to do some little comics...
I have my GORGEOUS incense burning in my little brass holder, bought in Tewkesbury from the guy from http://www.panspantry.co.uk/, and

mirien was absolutely right, it spoils you for any other incense or sticks forever more. I've got high grade Hojary frankincense, and I have the feeling that I am going to be buying yet more soon, I WISH I'd got more at the fair!
