Computers and Paintings

Oh, the joys of having a sloooow computer. Trouble is, it is actually quite old, and now that we have had the pain and agony of getting rid of the sodding virus and having to reboot, and losing stuff, we have gone overboard on the virus protection, and have so much bloody security that it is using up all the poor little things capacity. We'll get it sorted eventually...

..Anyway...fortunately anuanu had put my website together for me just before we lost stuff, so I do have a lot of drawings and stuff saved there, (and obviously most of the originals) so I was able to rescue some.

Here is the latest thing I did, (apart from Anu's sexy angel!) it was an acrylic painting for Maeglin, from the Ex Libris yahoo Group of Rattie's. It is of him, Maglor and Celebrimbor. It is actually based loosely on Botticelli's three Graces, from his painting, 'Primavera'. The Three Graces were considered the personification of love and were the handmaids of Venus. Seemed right somehow!
