Doing an enismirdal here.....

In true tradition I have to write this up even though it is far too late for someone who has to be up in 6 hours to go to work, but the NIGHTWISH CONCERT WAS FANTASTIC!

I was by no means the eldest there by a long shot (and no, I didn't take my handbag) and the youngest was probably the little 9 year old mini-goth (bless!) in the queue in front of us with her mum and dad.

Daughter and boyfriend were staggeringly pleased, I honestly haven't seen her so excited and happy for a long time, made me feel all mumsy. Her bloke (who had never ever been to a concert before) enjoyed it hugely and when they played his fave he was beside himself with glee! We all had a real laugh actually.

Middle son and his two mates braved the pit and yes, once again Nick ended up right behind someone who was headbanging with dreadlocks. Nasty whiplash there.

Came home and Nick ate cold baked beans, Lizzie did Joe beans on toast (looking after her man nicely) and I had bread. None of us had eaten since lunchtime, which in my case was 12 noon! One way to lose weight I guess.

Anyway, off to bed now and up in barely six hours!
