Two piccies and an update...

First the piccies, as I did them both a while ago....

The first painting is one that I did for feanaros_house. It's of Celebrimbor, Maglor and Maeglin and as usual, taken with a less than perfect camera...


The second is a smaller one that I did of Maeglin, for Maglor's birthday a few weeks ago...


I must say that both of them looked nicer in reality as there was quite a bit of gold on them so they had a bit of a sparkle.

Update next, we had a very amusing time at the Fellowship Festival in London, and it was nice to all meet up. The highlights had to be the Craig Parker/Mark Ferguson double act which had us all howling with laughter, especially at the many references to slash fiction! You could tell the fans by the shrieks in the audience!

I am reluctant to post the compromising photo that ilye_elf sent to me, of all of us posing with various weapons, but will do so if either enough people ask, OR if all the participants don't leave me a plain brown envelope full of a suitable bribe not to...(I am open to suggestions as to the bribe!).

...and I am waiting with baited breath to see the pic that tuxedo_elf printed off (the one I drew of Gil in a pink negligee!) and asked Mark Ferguson (Gil galad in the film, blink and you miss him) to sign! I think he thought I was disturbed in some way!...can't think why.....

Ai! Want to see the real pictures above too! I understand what you mean by looking prettier in the reality! I face the same problem sometimes too. :P But you know what Sil. This are already pretty!!!! Those three just look like angels!!!!! XD

As one who can look at the originals as I type, these pictures are nowhere near as beautiful. The portrait of the three of us was the best wedding present we could have had. Thank you so much, my dear friend!
