I've been knickering.....

I have thrown away an entire black binbag of tights, bras and knickers I would never ever wear again, never liked in the first place and regretted buying.

I have bought several new bras and a vast assortment of new and SEXY knickers. OK, so only me will see them (probably a blessing) but I KNOW THEY ARE THERE, or rather, given the nature of the scraps of lace and nothingness, I know they are NOT there.

(And yes, I am married and no, he wouldn't notice if I wore the binbag instead and yes, it is totally soul destroying and yes I am fed up with it, hence the 'fuck it I am buying sexy knickers for me'.)

Wow!!! I don't believe I've ever owned that much in the course of my entire tights-bra-and-knicker-wearing life. Anyway, old or new, so long as my undies are black or purple (and they all always are) they fit my definition of goth sexy and don't go grey in the wash.

Do bear in mind that I have about 30 years of hoarding knickers and bras! (That's assuming that I stopped clearing out my drawers of...erm...drawers at the age of about 20....)

Hmmm, I'm just the opposite. I used to wear the sexy stuff...black lace, thongs, corsets, stockings with a garter belt...now all that stuff sits in my upper drawer, untouched. After being pregnant twice, I just kept on wearing the old lady cotton stuff, because it's comfortable and hub is usually asleep by 8PM.

It does have hi-cut legs though, and most of it is black. Does that count a little?

I've been there and done that...after three pregnancies and the corresponding small time-consuming infants, for a VERY long time I was the comfortable old lady cotton stuff wearer. Now I have had a thong experience and decided I am not a mummy, I am a WOMAN!

(But then I am 50 and therefore I can do what I bloody like :D:D:D)

Oh that's RIGHT, you're a 1955 girl too! 50 is okay with me, 'tho the sound of it kinda freaks me out at times. My hub is 8 years younger and one would think that he would have more, um, 'energy' than I, but sadly, this is not the case.

I do have a pair of 4 inch stilletos (black patent leather) that I wear to bed on occasion. Then, sometimes, the black satin thong and underwire and garter belt & fishnet stockings make an appearance.

aw, boo boo... I tend to be a little bitter about my hub's lack of libido as well. When he does get interested, well, lets just say that I am a happy camper. But it is soooooo rare these days. I believe that all the crap out there about men never getting enough is just that---CRAP. Men invented it to soothe their poor little egos. I have never met a woman who gets as much sex as she wants, ever.

No wonder we're all into slash, for crying out loud.
