Proud Mother!
Mar. 11th, 2004 02:28 pmWell, last night I laughed so much that it hurt and I ended up crying, middle son was SO funny as 'Lord Evelyn' in 'Anything Goes'!...Believe me to see one's 6'4" 'child' prancing around the stage dancing and singing 'The Gypsy in Me' and getting all the laughs is a moment of extreme pride and amazement!...mind you, I knew that he had it in him!

He is the tall one standing at the back with Reno...the two in the front are Billy and Hope....
He is very lucky as the school he goes to has an EXCELLENT Drama and Music department...the whole show was wonderful and the casting, sets and music were all superb. I am always amazed at the dedication of the teachers and the time that they all put in to pull these things off...so to all you teachers out there, here is one parent who DOES appreciate you.
and this was as well as eldest son giving an excellent performance as 'Fat Sam' in 'Bugsy Malone' at his school last week!..we have had a fortnight of slightly flouncy theatricals in our house!....And people wonder why Sildil is such a Drama Queen?
