I don't think Lizzie has a cold, I think this is flu. She is really really wretched, poor love.

Oh my, poor Lizzie! There's been some horrid summer virus going around here that is worse than a cold and lasts a long time. I hope she will recover soonest! I don't know how you both manage, but it's incredible that you are able to. So many have no clue how hard it must be.

Yeah I know - She is pretty poorly and utterly miserable. Thankfully her teachers all seem a really nice bunch this year and she can do a lot of work at home.

Yeah, this is much worse than a cold, she really is fed up too. She didn't get up till 2.30pm today! No bad thing, but the trouble is she doesn't want to eat anything or drink much. Getting her to do so is a real pain! And I am a TERRIBLE nurse :D

She's not TOO badly off for her school work fortunately - she's doing Art, which I can help her with, textiles and media studies now :)

I hope Lizzie is feeling better. The twins have terrible colds right now and it's horrible.
