I have a cold.
and.....I had to work extra hours (to make up for my Tuesday off).
and.....Other half has gone to the Isle of Skye. OK it's on business, but it was where we went on our HONEYMOON
and.....he is there without me.
and..... my crappy cold has made me feel particularly negative at the moment.
So.....No drawings, no stories (apart from slightly feverish ones in my head) but lots of gloom.

If it's any consolation, Skye right now probably resembles what I'm looking out on, only several degrees colder - drizzle, the hills invisible, dull grey sky from horizon to horizon. To me, this equals dismal, rather than romantic.

It is a consolation actually!...Not that I WANT him to have a lousy time, just not a nice one!....and he is there on business, boring meeting etc., and not staying in the prettiest bit..but actually I envy him the drive over there from the airport more than anything.

I tried that today!!! LOL and that was why I came home after just one extra hour instead of two!...trouble is, there is ONLY me to do the stuff, and Easter, as you can imagine, is a busy time!

He's back tomorrow night, late-ish...so I have to hold out till then *sighs*.....the weekend should be a chance to have a rest, BUT it is Palm Sunday on Sunday..therefore procession round the town with donkey AND her foal, and I am supposed to be helping with that..may not though, I am not essential.
