sildilCRAPPY WORK !....I knew it would be bad today.
I know I have far too much to do in the very short time available and I DID leave the boss a message yesterday telling him what I would be able to do over the next two days and how I wanted to do it.
And what does he do?...changes the whole darn thing around AND gives me extra bits and pieces so that I am now worse off than before, with even more to do and less time.
I like Easter, I like the festival, but this year I haven't been able to appreciate it one little bit, which is pretty sick since I work for the bloody church. I haven't had a minute to even buy Easter Eggs for anyone.
But...I am looking forward to Easter morning. We have a dawn sunrise service, starting at 5.00am, beginning in the dark and letting the daylight filter into the church. It is very pagan, symbolic. Then we all go to the church hall, and yours truly and a friend cooks breakfast for the 20 or so people there. So I am hoping...a lot...that my Easter will start there.....it's just a question of getting to it in one piece.
