Apr. 15th, 2004 11:32 amIt has been a weird week!
First of all, middle son and youngest daughter were away over Easter with their school music trip. Then Other Half went down to Dorset to visit his folks, leaving me behind (at my suggestion, I hasten to add!) to 'look after' eldest son. In other words, to provide food and clean clothes at regular intervals, and hospitality for eldest's girlfriend.
Hehehehe!..of course this left me completely free and unlimited access to the computer and the internet! Mwahahahaha!
Planned out another painting, wrote some more of a story I have had on the back burner, and chatted, chatted, chatted!....Oh, and played wall to wall Placebo, very loud, courtesy of
anuanu.
And now, tomorrow, I will be taking middle son down to London for the weekend for his 'Birthday/Christmas' present, which is a trip to English National Opera to see 'Tosca'. Yes, it WAS an unusual present for a 16 year old, but he has INCREDIBLY broad musical tastes!....and we will be staying with
geek6 yet AGAIN, poor woman!
So I won't be around much for the next day or two, see you all Sunday!
