If you go down to the woods today...

Gorgeous Sunday morning + new camera + local woods...



The local woods are lovely and as soon as I saw the weather was so sunny I decided to go out this morning and take some photos...


I thought the shadows on this bark were so subtle.


And in contrast, this was wonderfully rough.


I went mad with the sunlight through the trees.


MORE sunlight and MORE trees.


And again!


I walked on through the woods and up the hill to Hanbury Church. This is one of the older gravestones.


THIS is my favourite photo.


Aaaand yet more sunlight and trees, you know the drill by now!

LOL! Actually, in the school I work one of our year elevens, (she's about 15/16?) just produced an amazing board of photographs that we have in display in our library, and all of them she took on her mobile phone!
