Highs and lows...

sildilFirst the lows, because I want to get that out of the way - I have a HORRID cough and cold and have been off work the last two days and do NOT intend going in tomorrow either. To make it doubly depressing, spouse is also sick with the same lurgy, and we are coughing and barking at each other so much that it actually makes me giggle!
Now the HIGH! I MANAGED TO TRIM GARLIC'S CLAWS MYSELF! She was so good and I KNOW people have said it was easy, but it really WAS - I wouldn't have wanted to tackle the dear old Stilton-cat's claws, he bit the vet the first time he had it done, but Garlic's a sweety.

Date: 2012-02-07 08:36 pm (UTC)Hahaha, I was thinking of you when I did them! She was very calm and let me do it, I think she liked the attention heh. She's got a bit of a limp and I wanted to make sure it wasn't the nails before I took her to the vet, but I suspect it's her old 'war wound' playing up now as she's getting old.
