Terragen 2, a landscape generator. I've done three things so far that I am quite pleased with, and am slowly getting the hang of it. It's scarily complicated when you start out, but there are some good tutorials and you get such COOL effects!

Wow, those look amazing. There's even the clouds' shadows on the mountains in the first one.

I worked with Terragen back when it was 0.6 and didn't even have reflections in water. It just may be the best terrain generator around today. And I can see you've already acquired a certain degree of skill with it. :)
