Too stressful!

sildilSpouse is doing breakfast (he always does on a Saturday morning) and it's bacon and pancakes! (LOVE) BUT,,,I just CAN'T watch as he does it all 'wrong' with timings! 'I'll do the bacon first as the pancakes only take a minute....'
I've had to leave as I know that I will be itching to interfere! YES, the pancakes only take a minute, but when you have a small griddle and a lot of pancakes, and need to do them in batches, the minutes add up! I'd sooner leave him to panic by himself (Lizzie is with him anyway and is far more patient than me) and they can call me when they're ready! (That way I miss all the angst :D)
