I have been busy this afternoon, doing this month's stained glass installment for church tomorrow. Fortunately, it was a good subject,'Mary Magdalene'.

I don't know if anyone remembers the one I did last month?...anyway, only two more to go. Then it is up to the Vicar to try and raise the money to do it!! I'm glad it's not my problem...I think I will be old and grey by the time they actually managed to make it into a window!

These are gorgeous!...I love the colours and the style. and interestingly, you can tell they are yours..they are very much your style.

I am only taking this 'little project' on really because of the Vicar, who is one of the most persuasive people I know!...whether we ever get it made up, I have no idea, nor am I particularly worried!

His next and more realistic project I AM pretty keen on, which is to paint a mural to celebrate our sister church's 40th anniversary. THAT could be rather exciting!...I said I'd like to do a painting, thinking of a small 3'x 2' one, but he has bigger ideas!

*^_^* thanks....I wish I could have found my winged horse...that one drove me quite cross-eyed with all the feathers *hee* but I was rather proud of the fact that I actually tackled it....all red/black and silver

Well if he starts talking scaffolding YOU start talking to him about doing it upon prepared plywood that can then be put together and hung up by screwing them into a wall.

I have had those kinds of conversations before too and take pains to make sure they understand that I don't work one inch off the ground. >.<

Yes..the idea of lying on my back painting the Sistine Chapel ceiling dose NOT appeal..however, in my previous life I WAS an architect, so I am actually good on scaffolding!!..Had to be, or you got laughed at by all the jolly builders!
