But on that note.. I remember thinking back on my first 'experience' and thinking it was downright disgusting when you actually think of the nitty-gritty bits... of course, I don't think that way now! (for which I am sure the Lord and Master is most grateful!)

Hmm yes, I know what you mean! But in a way that is again relevant, because it is important WHO the MS is with. If it is loving and fun, then who cares how much mess there is?
